Product Terms & Payment
You agree to pay in full the prices for any purchases you make either by credit or debit card concurrent with your online order or by other payment means acceptable to Purity of Elements. You agree to pay all applicable taxes. If payment is not received by us from your credit or debit card issuer or its agents, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by us.
All orders must be made via our web site at purityofelements.com. We do not accept orders over the telephone, e-mail or facsimile. Purity of Elements reserves the right to reject any orders.

Costs are based on order size; does not include applicable taxes, gift wrap or other special services. Timeframes are exclusive of federal holidays.
Purity of Elements currently ships products solely to destinations within the United States of America.
Purity of Elements will deliver products solely to physical addresses – no P.O. Boxes.
We process orders and initiate shipping during business days. Please note the following shipping timeframes, which are subject to change:
Orders placed and accepted by 5:00pm Mountain Time normally are shipped the following business day. Delivery in 5-7 business days.
Order placed and accepted by 12:00pm Mountain Time, ships same day.
Our responsibility is to ensure the products you have ordered are properly entrusted to the carrier selected for shipment. Such carriers currently are FedEx and the USPS. At and following that time, Purity of Elements is not responsible for the product, and any issues need to be addressed with the carrier.
Purity of Elements seeks to provide each customer with a satisfying experience. If you seek to return a product, the following identifies our return policy and procedures:
We accept for return unopened products if we receive such products within 14 days after your purchase date. We provide exchange or Purity of Elements credits; no refunds.
Defective or Damaged Products
Please inspect the product packaging for any damage or defects upon receipt. If you think a product is damaged or defective, please contact us promptly at firstname.lastname@example.org. To ensure prompt resolution, please (i) provide the order number along with your email address and phone number, and (ii) retain the original shipping package and the damaged or defective product for inspection. We will provide you instructions for returning any damaged or defective product to us at our expense and issue a refund for the price you paid for the product to the original purchaser’s method of payment or provide Purity of Elements credit. Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, but any replacement for a damaged or defective product will be shipped to you free of charge.
For any return: In your return, please include the return authorization number that we have provided you, and send via a traceable service to ensure delivery.

Exceptions to this policy are made where required by applicable laws.
